SPOILERS.

All interns; Turk, J.D., and Elliot; battle through the daily struggles they find at Sacred Heart. Everything from their fellow employees; Carla, the hot nurse that Turk starts seeing, Laverne the sassy nurse, Dr. Cox who gives a female name to J.D. at every moment while humiliating him, Dr. Kelso the chief of medicine who has a battle with Dr. Cox at every moment while making everyone feel bad about themselves, and Jordan, Dr. Cox's ex-wife. The series progresses from Turk dating Carla to Elliot and J.D. having a 2-week relationship, to Jordan sabotaging everyone's personal relationships with everyone. It's hard to summarize over 20 episodes in one paragraph, and in a show that changes from episode to episode, with the only similarity is the relationships that are crafted with other people.

There's a reason this is called Shoddy Reviewer, cause sometimes I suck at reviewing. Yeah, this one totally blows...like buffalo chicken chunks with blue cheese and then you drank too much Angry Orchard that night.....yeah totally like that.

Anyways, I love this show. It's hilarious and honestly, I started to watch it because it was good background noise and it was always playing in the background while I was designing for school or work. Since then, I've fallen in love with dancing stupidly and high fives from 'The Tod.' Elliot becomes whiny throughout the whole series and wants to suck the fun out of everything, so thank god Turk, Dr. Cox, The Janitor, Dr. Kelso, and Tod make it comical. Without these seemingly not a big deal characters, they really make the show all it is. The character relationships is what this show is based on, and it's what keeps it together.
