TATTOO NIGHTMARES
Season One
Format: Cable
Genre: Reality TV

Rating: 7 out of 10

This show is pretty easy to follow and is rather a simple premise. People who want to get old, horrible, and crappily done tattoos come into this shop and get their old work redone into a new and even more beautiful masterpiece...then again, they usually aren't masterpieces to begin with. Not only is the work fantastic that these three peeps do, but they seem to genuinely be just stand-up nice people. The show can get really boring though when watching a marathon because its the same thing every episode. Three people come in and need tattoos redone, they draw them up saw "Oh this is so hard! I don't know if I'll be able to do it!" start tattooing the person, ask them how they got it, and get an awesome reaction from them when they are done, and the work always turn out just like the person wanted.

WOW! Seriously?

So what kept me watching it all day? THE STORIES. Holy crap, did some of these people have some messed up stories. One guy had two crappy tribute crosses on him. Turns out he was dating a 'go-go dancer' and she made him get a tattoo or she wouldn't give him any loving. The artist is tweeked out and six bikers come in and demand money from the go-go dancer named Coco, who bested them in a meth deal. Seriously. This really happened to some poor sap. Another poor woman was dragged out by her hillbilly family for 'Family Tattoo Day.' I wish I was kidding. These stories honestly just got better and better as the season went on. Just when I thought one story was messed up, another was even worse in that episode.

If you're looking to kill time and maybe a few brain cells, not a bad show to miss. The stories will make anyone feel like their life isn't that bad.
